I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Perinatal Mental Health Certified Specialist. I specialize in helping women navigate life’s challenges with compassion, clarity, and purpose. My approach to therapy is deeply personalized because no two journeys are the same. I utilize a blend of evidence-based methods, including Polyvagal Theory, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Together, we’ll create a plan tailored specifically to your unique needs, goals, and experiences.

All of my sessions are conducted virtually, offering you the comfort and convenience of therapy from your own space. My aim is to make every session feel warm, inviting, and supportive. Starting therapy can feel intimidating, so my initial goal is to build a trusting relationship where you feel safe, valued, and at ease.

We’ll work in a conversational, jargon-free way to explore patterns, build self-awareness, and make meaningful progress. While our sessions are casual and approachable, I’ll also gently challenge you to grow and reach your full potential.
